Almost everyone smokes in HK!! How is this going to work??
Fantastic news, it's about time! It's happening all over the world too...France of all places is also starting a smoking ban! Now there's where I don't see it working...

Yes, HK is very slow in smoking ban. We talked about it for years but there are still people don't quite like it.
