From 26.12.06 Baby Blues

Zoe: Daddy, there's a problem with the CD-player Santa brought me.

Dad: (Trying out the CD-player) It sounds OK to me.
What's the problem?

Zoe: (Innocently) It isn't an iPod.

P.S. Good that I had bought myself a nano :P

i love my iPod! mine is a 60GB video iPod, and i have almost 2500 songs and over 1000 pictures and that maybe takes up 11-12GB.

but the problem is choosing what i want to listen to!

All of you with your fancy music players! When my minidisc player died after three years of use, I picked up a 1GB player!

Then again, my music collection is a little too large for even an iPod, so even if I had a larger player I would still be shuffling music back and forth from my computer...

I am still using my MD player (after serving me for over 5 years), mainly for studying my putonghua. That MD player was bought for my dissertation, for which I needed to do lots and lots of interviews with ex-mentally ill patients and their families. That was long long time ago :(
