The Obligation of an Engineer

While the decision to approve the funding is at the Legislative Council tomorrow, both sides are trying their best to mobilize their supporters these few days. The latest poll shows that there's 47% support while 45% against.

You may have different reasons to support or not to support the ERL. However, when an engineer said the reason to support the construction is it provides jobs for engineers, I simply can't tell how sad I am.
